myCollegePath Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of myCollegePath, a service operated by ENVS Holdings LLC.
By using myCollegePath, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What myCollegePath Provides
myCollegePath provides college research, planning information, and decision-support tools.
myCollegePath includes free information and tools as well as optional paid myCollegePath Analysis.
The controlling product principle is:
College search and basic facts are free. Full school research, comparison and personalised analysis are part of the paid myCollegePath Pass.
Publicly available or institutional-source information does not become proprietary merely because myCollegePath organizes, displays, or uses it in an analysis.
Paid myCollegePath Analysis may include myCollegePath-generated features such as Admissions Fit, Insights, Trends, analysis of what a college weighs in admissions, and the myCollegePath high-school rigor index.
2. Educational and Decision-Support Service
myCollegePath is a planning and informational service.
It does not make admission decisions.
It does not guarantee admission, scholarships, financial aid, recruiting opportunities, athletic participation, enrollment, academic outcomes, or financial outcomes.
Reach, Match, Likely, Unlikely, Fit, rigor, trend, cost, admissions, and similar outputs are estimates or decision-support information, not promises of an outcome.
Colleges and their admissions, financial-aid, registrar, athletic, veteran-services, and other appropriate offices remain the final authority for their own requirements, decisions, policies, costs, benefits, and awards.
Users should verify material decisions directly with the appropriate institution or official source.
3. Data Accuracy and Currency
myCollegePath uses information from colleges, government agencies, public datasets, other data sources, and myCollegePath-generated analysis.
Data may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, revised, unavailable, or reported differently by different sources.
myCollegePath attempts to present source and period information where appropriate, but does not warrant that every displayed fact is complete, current, or error-free.
An absence of reported data does not necessarily mean the underlying characteristic does not exist.
4. No Affiliation or Endorsement
Unless expressly stated otherwise, myCollegePath and ENVS Holdings LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any college, university, admissions office, government agency, athletic association, data provider, testing organization, or financial-aid authority whose information may appear in the service.
Use of institutional names or public-source data does not imply endorsement.
5. Accounts
Free myCollegePath research does not require an account.
An account is required to purchase and restore paid myCollegePath Analysis.
myCollegePath uses passwordless email authentication. You will receive an authentication code through the approved authentication provider.
You are responsible for:
- providing an email address you are authorized to use;
- protecting authentication codes and active sessions;
- not sharing one-time authentication codes with others; and
- notifying myCollegePath if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
myCollegePath maintains its own internal user identifier so purchased access can follow the authenticated user rather than a particular device or browser.
6. myCollegePath Analysis Pass
The myCollegePath Analysis Pass is currently:
$49 one-time
for
12 calendar months from activation.
It is not an automatically renewing subscription.
Access is associated with the purchasing myCollegePath account.
Expiration of the paid entitlement does not delete the underlying myCollegePath account and does not prevent continued use of free myCollegePath information.
myCollegePath may change pricing or terms for future purchases. Changes to future pricing do not retroactively shorten an already-active paid term.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout.
You authorize the payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
myCollegePath does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers.
A completed payment does not grant access through a browser-side flag or cookie alone. Paid access is determined by myCollegePath's server-side entitlement record.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the myCollegePath Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The current policy provides a refund request window of 72 hours after purchase if the myCollegePath Analysis Pass has not been used.
A completed refund revokes the associated paid entitlement. The underlying myCollegePath account remains available for free use.
Payment disputes and access. If a payment is disputed, access associated with that myCollegePath Pass is revoked while the dispute is open. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, access is restored only for the remainder of the original 12-month Pass term. If the dispute is resolved against us, access remains revoked. A full refund revokes Pass access; a partial refund does not by itself revoke access. Refund or dispute actions do not delete the associated myCollegePath account.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
9. Acceptable Use
You may use myCollegePath for legitimate personal, family, educational, counseling, research, or planning purposes consistent with these Terms.
You may not:
- attempt to bypass payment or entitlement controls;
- impersonate another user;
- use forged authentication or entitlement information;
- attempt unauthorized access to another account;
- interfere with the operation or security of the service;
- intentionally overload or disrupt the service;
- scrape or extract the service at a scale or in a manner that materially interferes with normal operation;
- resell or commercially redistribute myCollegePath-generated paid analysis without permission;
- reverse engineer security or access-control mechanisms except where expressly permitted by applicable law; or
- use myCollegePath for unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual Property
myCollegePath's original software, presentation, branding, methodologies, editorial content, derived analysis, scoring logic, and other myCollegePath-created material are owned by ENVS Holdings LLC or its licensors as applicable.
Underlying college, government, public-source, and third-party data remains subject to the rights and terms applicable to those sources.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of myCollegePath intellectual property to the user.
11. Availability and Changes
myCollegePath may change, correct, maintain, suspend, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary maintenance, provider outages, network problems, data-source changes, or other circumstances may affect access.
12. Account or Access Restriction
myCollegePath may restrict or revoke access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful use, payment reversal, or a material violation of these Terms.
A refund or payment reversal may revoke paid entitlement without deleting the underlying account.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, myCollegePath is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ENVS Holdings LLC does not warrant that myCollegePath will guarantee a particular admission result, aid award, scholarship, recruiting result, cost, institutional decision, or other outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ENVS Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use myCollegePath.
myCollegePath should not be the sole basis for a material admissions, financial, educational, athletic, or enrollment decision.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
15. Users Under 18
Users under 18 should use myCollegePath with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian should authorize purchases made for or by a minor.
16. Privacy
Use of myCollegePath is also governed by the myCollegePath Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how account, profile, session, transaction, and related information is processed.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change.
The effective date identifies the current version.
Material changes affecting an existing paid entitlement will not retroactively shorten the purchased 12-calendar-month term.
