myCollegePath Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 4, 2026
myCollegePath is operated by ENVS Holdings LLC ("myCollegePath," "ENVS," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains what information myCollegePath processes, why we process it, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
myCollegePath provides free college information and optional paid myCollegePath Analysis. The free research tools do not require you to create an account. An account is required to purchase and restore paid myCollegePath Analysis access.
1. Information You Provide
Account information
myCollegePath uses passwordless email authentication.
When you create or access a myCollegePath account, we process your email address so that we can authenticate you and restore your account and purchased access.
myCollegePath does not ask you to create or store a myCollegePath password.
Authentication is provided through WorkOS. myCollegePath maintains an internal user identifier associated with the authenticated account so that account and entitlement status can be restored without relying on a browser or device.
College-planning information
You may enter information such as academic history, standardized test scores, grade point average, class rank, high school, course information, demonstrated-interest information, financial or income-band information, veteran-related information, college preferences, and other information used by myCollegePath features.
Free tools may use information in the browser to provide their functionality.
Some paid myCollegePath Analysis features, including Admissions Fit, transmit the information required for the requested analysis to myCollegePath's server. This processing is necessary to generate the requested result.
We do not represent that everything entered into myCollegePath remains solely in your browser.
Purchase information
When you purchase myCollegePath Analysis, payment processing is handled by Stripe.
myCollegePath receives information necessary to identify and administer the purchase, such as transaction, customer, payment-status, refund-status, and entitlement information.
myCollegePath does not intentionally store your complete payment-card number.
2. Information Generated by the Service
myCollegePath may create and maintain information necessary to operate the service, including:
- an internal myCollegePath user identifier;
- authentication-provider linkage;
- server-side session records;
- entitlement activation and expiration information;
- purchase and refund state;
- security and fraud-prevention records; and
- limited technical records necessary to operate, diagnose, and secure the service.
myCollegePath sessions are server-controlled. A browser cookie may identify a session, but possession of a browser value alone does not create or prove a paid entitlement.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide myCollegePath features;
- authenticate users;
- create and restore account sessions;
- perform requested myCollegePath Analysis;
- determine whether an account is entitled to paid features;
- process and administer purchases and refunds;
- prevent unauthorized access and abuse;
- diagnose technical problems;
- maintain service security;
- respond to support, privacy, and refund requests; and
- comply with applicable legal, accounting, or security obligations.
4. What We Do Not Do
myCollegePath does not sell or broker your personal information.
myCollegePath does not use the information you enter to sell targeted advertising.
myCollegePath does not sell student profiles to colleges, recruiters, data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties.
myCollegePath Analysis exists to provide information and decision support to the user requesting it.
5. Service Providers
myCollegePath uses service providers to operate portions of the service.
These include:
WorkOS — passwordless authentication and authentication-related processing.
Stripe — payment processing and payment-related records.
Cloudflare — application hosting, networking, security, and related infrastructure services.
These providers may process information according to their own service terms and privacy obligations as necessary to provide services to myCollegePath.
We may also use other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support myCollegePath.
6. Data Sources and College Information
myCollegePath uses information from colleges, government sources, public datasets, and other sources used to provide college-planning information.
Institutional and public-source information is different from personal information a user enters into myCollegePath.
myCollegePath may combine public information with myCollegePath-generated analysis. Paid myCollegePath intelligence is an interpretation or analysis layer; it does not change the ownership or public nature of the underlying institutional information.
7. Retention
We retain account, transaction, entitlement, authentication, and security information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- operate the account and purchased access;
- maintain transaction and refund records;
- protect the service and users;
- resolve disputes or support requests; and
- satisfy applicable legal, tax, accounting, or compliance requirements.
Information no longer reasonably required for those purposes may be deleted or de-identified.
myCollegePath does not promise that every technical backup or legally required transaction record can be deleted immediately following a request.
8. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may contact myCollegePath to request information about your account or to request correction or deletion of personal information associated with it.
Requests must contain enough information for us to reasonably verify that the requester is authorized to act for the account.
Deletion of an account may make it impossible to restore an associated myCollegePath Analysis entitlement.
Certain transaction, fraud-prevention, security, legal, or accounting records may need to be retained even after an account-deletion request.

myCollegePath uses passwordless authentication and will not ask you to provide a myCollegePath password.

myCollegePath is intended for college-planning use and is not directed to children under 13.
Users under 18 should use myCollegePath with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Purchases by a minor should be made or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
